 The architecture of the 2400 system will provide the means of economically providing call processing and T1 connectivity in system sizes requiring 4 to 32 analog (48 digital) trunks and up to 24 ports without requiring a customer to purchase the larger 9600M model. For existing customers, there is a simple migration path from the 1600S or 1600L. There is even a trade-in program for customers on older models such as the AAX-048.
The 2400 IVS cabinet consists of a 19-inch rack mounted card file that provides the capacity of 32 analog or 48 digital trunks and access to 24 register/message channels.
